How long does it take to make a couture piece?

It can take up to 3 months to create a couture piece, and up to 6 months for bridal. Please let us know, however, if you have a shorter time frame and we can try to accommodate.

How many fittings will I have?

As each couture piece is made with great precision and attention to fit, we’d recommend at least two to three fittings. 

Fittings can take place in London, or should you need us to travel we may be able to accommodate, at an additional cost. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are only able to accept payment in form of bank transfer.

What delivery service do you offer?

We use trusted couriers to deliver your couture piece with the utmost care to your required destination, wherever you may be in the world. We also on occasion may be able to offer an express hand delivery service. 

Do you offer an aftercare service?

We are delighted to inform you that we do offer an aftercare service, adapted to the individual client’s needs (additional charges may apply).

Returns, exchange and cancellation policy. 

As each piece is created exclusively for the client, we are unable to offer any returns, exchanges or cancellations after payment has been taken. We can however, make minor alterations and adaptations to the original design if agreed by both parties.
